Bylaws
Our Condominium is to be managed in accordance with the “Family Way”. This is a commonly understood phrase used throughout México that is included in our bylaws, as a remedy for behavior deemed unacceptable to owners of the units in a condominium. No occupant shall disturb the tranquility of the building.
Commitment to abide by Rules
This agreement and the law regarding the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement and the rental period shall be held in accordance with the laws of the Country of Mexico and the State of Jalisco.
Anyone (owners and guests) residing in our condominium must indicate by their signature that they have been provided with, have read, and agreed to abide by the condominium building rules before they enter the building.
Violations of the Rules have Consequences
Condominium staff will communicate a first violation to the attention of the violator (or in the instance of a child; the adult responsible for the discipline of the child`s behavior.
Condominium staff will communicate a second violation to the owner as well as to the violator.

Everyone (owners, guests, visitors, and contractors) must record the date, time, and unit they are visiting in the Arrivals/Departures Book

All residents, both guests, and owners, will receive and sign for a copy of these Building Rules upon arrival.
